"Real resilience comes from an inner sense of safety, it's the unequivocal knowing that one has the capacity to deal with any challenge that comes their way. As parents we have the power to nurture this inner knowing in our kids so that as they grow up they will have the foundation to follow their deepest desires with nothing holding them back."
